We offer Term and Flexi variants across our unsecured loan products. The Flexi Loan variant gives you the freedom to plan your repayment based on your financial situation.
If you’ve opted for our Flexi Loan variant, you get additional benefits. You can withdraw funds from your available limit as many times as you want and prepay whenever you like.

Withdraw funds from your Flexi account
You can withdraw funds from your Flexi Loan account by visiting our service portal.
- Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page
- Enter your mobile number and the OTP to sign-in
- Verify your details with your date of birth and proceed
- Go to 'Service' section.
- Select your loan account from the 'Relations' from which you want to withdraw funds.
- Click on the ‘Withdraw funds’ option
- Enter the amount you need to withdraw from your available limit and review your bank account information
- Verify your details with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number
You can also withdraw funds from your available limit by clicking on the ‘Withdraw funds’ from your Flexi Loan’ text below. You’ll be asked to sign-in to My Account and redirected to the ‘Relations’ section.
You can then select your loan account, click on ‘Withdraw funds’ and proceed with the withdrawal.
Once your withdrawal request has been processed, you’ll receive the money in your registered bank account in a few hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
The withdrawal facility can be unblocked by consistently making your EMI payments on time. Our team will review your credit and repayment records in the upcoming quarter, and the block may be automatically removed based on their evaluation.
Once you place the withdraw request, the amount gets credited to your registered bank account within 2 hours. However, for requests placed on weekends and national holidays, the amount may get credited on the next business day.

If the withdrawal amount requested is higher than the limit in your flexi loan account, this error message will appear while trying to withdraw funds. Please enter an amount within the available limit and try again.
You can go to 'Relations' to check your current available limit.
There are no restrictions on the frequency of withdrawals. However, you can withdraw until a minimum of Rs. 1000 is available in your limit.
